Description

春天的青森剛畫下句點，來自南半球的 Dazzle 蘋果，緊接著登場。

選用紐西蘭陽光孕育的有機蘋果，果肉白皙細緻、脆甜多汁，
大火熬煮方式釋放果香與甜味，再加入白蘭地與肉桂，讓香氣層層堆疊。

外皮使用千層酥皮，進爐高溫烘烤，酥脆金黃、入口即碎；內餡則飽滿濕潤，果香四溢。

每一口，都是來自南半球的陽光訊號。這是一場從春天延續到夏天的甜蜜接棒。


保存方式：冷藏3-5天盡快食用完畢，冷凍一個月

食用方式：

- 可冷藏或常溫退冰後，直接切開食用。
- 加熱更好吃：放置室溫退冰至常溫，預熱烤箱至180度 ，回烤8-10分鐘左右即可(可依照各自烤箱效能微調）。
- 搭配小艇的馬達加斯加香草冰淇淋吃更加美味❤️
